You may request a return within 30 days after your order has been delivered.

Requests received after 30 days from the delivery date may not be eligible for a refund or exchange.

Return Shipping Costs

We do not charge any restocking fees.

If the return is due to our error, including defective products, incorrect items, shipping damage, or missing components, we will cover the approved return shipping costs.

If the return is requested because of a change of mind, ordering the wrong product, or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

Refund Processing

After we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the refund decision by email.

If approved, refunds are generally processed within 3 to 5 business days.

Depending on your payment provider, it may take additional time before the refund appears on your account.

Replacement Items

If a replacement product is available, we may offer a replacement instead of a refund for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.

Order Cancellation

Orders may be canceled before shipment by contacting our customer support team.

If an order has already entered processing or has been shipped, cancellation may no longer be possible. In these situations, the order may be handled through our return process after delivery.

Damaged Shipments

Please provide photographs of:

  • The damaged product
  • The shipping carton
  • The shipping label
  • Any damaged internal packaging
